For the overseas transport of car-body sheets (CKD) or machines by ship or airplane, we manufacture special boxes and wooden crates made either completely out of solid wood or plywood. We also provide special transport frames incl. load securing for glass products (windshields, window panes) and solid wall boxes.
Custom-built pallets are manufactured according to your specifications or purposes. You can customise the length, width and height of the pallet as well as special features (e.g. barcodes, boreholes, colour, all sides planed, hollow rivets, wood-plastic / wood-metal or solid wood-plywood combinations).
Heavy cargo pallets are designed to carry very heavy and large goods such as vehicles (Porsche Cayenne, BMW X5, Audi Q7), machines for the printing industry or conveyors for the ceramic industry.
Standard pallets are pallets with the common dimensions 800 mm x 600 mm, 1200 mm x 800 mm and 1200 mm x 1000 mm and manufactured starting from 13 mm board products. Depending on the type, they can carry loads between 150 kg and 1000 kg (Euro Pallet).

The corrugated cardboard boxes can be delivered as a ready-to-use packaging set (= corrugated board
+ wooden pallet). We will make sure that
your goods are safely packed and protected during storage and
transport against environmental influences,
damage and contaminations.
We deliver the pallet for your cardboard box or the pre-assembled packaging set.
Various wood composites are available as a complete board or cut. Furthermore, they are processed as components in numerous transport packaging.
The versatile wood composite made of thin, cross-bonded veneer stands for highest stability and low weight.
Oriented strand board made of oriented strands,
perfectly suited for packaging, characteristics similar to a
plywood board.
Available in various thicknesses and widths as long goods or cut to a fixed length, dried to a specified residual moisture via IPPC treatment and IPPC stamp, wood types FI/KI.
High or medium density
Fibreboards made from bark-free, finely chamfered coniferous wood. These materials come as no
load-bearing components for transport carriers in dry areas are used in a protective function due to their homogeneous surface.
Glued chips are pressed to boards with the help of synthetic resins and heat. This is a cost-effective alternative suitable for many transport goods.
The environmentally friendly wood briquettes are pressed from natural softwood without any artificial additives. With a low residual moisture content of less than 10%, these can be ignited quickly and easily. Due to the square shape, they can be stored in a space-saving manner. In 10 kg units, the briquettes are protected from moisture in PE packaging. A pallet contains 100 x 10kg packs.
We offer both hardwood and softwood, fresh or kiln dried. A pallet contains 1.6 cubic meters.

On request, we will furnish pallets or wooden packaging with the desired barcodes or other labels. That way companies can track the supply chain and accurately document the transport of goods. The barcode delivered by the customer will be printed or glued on the desired spot according to your specifications.
Special pallets are designed and built specifically for your requirements. We use cutting-edge CNC machines to drill bore holes into pallets and wooden packaging according to a specified pattern. So the pallets can, for example, be fitted with stacking aids or additional reinforcements.
In order to make it easier to recognise your pallets, we can colour the load carriers. We furnish the pallets with coloured parts or colour the entire pallet. The colour system supports the handling and minimises the risk of confusion.
The transport of sensitive goods often requires extremely smooth surfaces. We achieve that by planing the pallets. On request, we can also manufacture special intakes for forklifts.
In many industries the pallets are subject to large stresses. In order to improve the stability, we will, on request, provide the pallets with hollow rivets. These special pallets are then used, for example, in the military or in breweries.
Plastic elements can be, for example, used as a buffer for the wooden block of reusable pallets and thus significantly increase the service life of pallets.
Wood-metal connections are often used
to give pallets or
wooden packaging more stability. Brackets or reinforcements increase
the stability or allow you to tighten the cargo.
Optional inserts can be installed to protect the goods.

The degree of drying plays an important role for our products. We dry the pallets according to your specifications to specific residual moisture. This prevents moulding and meets the worldwide IPPC standard.
All locations have open, covered and closed storage areas available. The pallets and wooden packaging can thus be stored in accordance with the quality standards, even in large numbers, until the desired delivery date. This means that individual, commissioned and just-in-time delivery is possible.
