Tasks

• Advising our customers

• Support for existing customers and suppliers in Germany/Czech Republic/Poland

• Preparation and follow-up of customer visits

• Market observation and expansion

• Processing of inquiries, orders and acceptance of order clarifications and bookings

• Processing of complaints

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or professional experience as a commercial employee / commercial clerk / employee – focus on internal sales (m/f/x)

• Language skills in English (Czech/Polish)

• EDP skills

• Enjoying customer/supplier contact

• Independent and customer-oriented work

• Independent organization

• Ability to work in a team

• Enjoyment and enthusiasm for sales

• Organization of office and field work
