Custom-built pallets are manufactured according to your specifications or purposes. You can customise the length, width and height of the pallet as well as special features (e.g. barcodes, boreholes, colour, all sides planed, hollow rivets, wood-plastic / wood-metal or solid wood-plywood combinations).
Wether standard pallets or custom-built pallets - we advise our customers in detail and find the optimal solution for every requirement.
We plan pallets and wooden packaging exactly according to your specifications. On request, we will support you with the construction or the calculation of the statics. If necessary, bore holes, milling, connecting elements or coloring can be provided, thus creating the product that meets your specifications.
Our partner companies in the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany manufacture the pallets and wooden packaging reliably, in the desired quality and just in time.
The artificial drying of the timber to a residual moisture content of 18% prevents the formation of mold and meets the global IPPC standard for export. We have 15 drying chambers with a total drying volume of 1,000 cbm and corresponding storage capacities at our various locations.
We will deliver the pallets or packaging at the desired time. For the transport, we commission partner companies with whom we have been working for decades. The vehicles, which meet the highest EU emission standards, bring the goods to their destination throughout Europe.
