Custom-built pallets
- Wooden pallets with non-standard dimensions, manufactured specifically to customer specifications and logistical requirements
- The pallet’s length, width and height, as well as load capacity, design and special features (e.g. drill holes, CNC milling, hollow rivets, colouring, barcodes, standard markings, wood-metal combinations or solid wood-plywood, planed surfaces) can be specified individually
- Design and calculation of pallets using PALLET Express software
- Creation of technical drawings and 3D views

Packaging
The packaging solution required for shipping a product can be supplied pre-assembled as a packaging set (= heavy-duty corrugated cardboard / corrugated cardboard / foam / moulded fibre / EPP + wooden pallet).
This ensures that the goods are securely packaged and protected from environmental influences, damage and contamination during storage and transport.
